Pricing
Will Donorly pay for itself?
Organizations that join during the beta get reduced pricing. We go through pricing with you on a walkthrough. Bring your estimate, or we'll work through it together. Try it below.
Spreadsheet or CRM?
A spreadsheet is free until you count the hours around it. Who types in Sunday's checks? Who writes each receipt? Who chases the members whose renewal slipped? Who rebuilds the numbers every time the board asks? And who emails the latest version of the spreadsheet to everyone, then merges their edits back in?
If the answer is "one of us, every week," that time has a cost. It's usually the most expensive tool you have.
And a team only works well when everyone has the same numbers. With five spreadsheets, nobody is sure which one is right.

Typing in checks
Shoot the stack and our AI scans each check in. You verify and confirm.
→Receipts and thank-yous
Every gift is receipted by email on its own, and you can see who got theirs.
→Renewals and follow-ups
Members get a reminder before they expire, and follow-ups land on your Home screen.
→Board and audit numbers
Trends, retention and totals that match everywhere, ready when you're asked.
→Donated items
Wishlists feed your inventory, so the shelf and the list always match.
→One place, not five
Donors, gifts, members, pages and sales in one system, so nothing is typed twice.
→
How fast can you start?
A donation page in minutes
Add your logo, one picture and a short paragraph, and you're online, taking Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards.
Your data, moved for you

Questions we hear
What does Donorly cost?+
Organizations that join during the beta get reduced pricing. We go through it on a short walkthrough, with the number you just worked out above, so you can see whether it pays for itself.
What's included?+
Everything on this site: donation and membership pages, check entry, receipts, wishlists, sales, reports and the donor CRM. During the beta, our team also moves your existing data in at no cost.
Is the processing fee part of Donorly's price?+
No. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay gifts carry a payment processing fee that Stripe charges, as with any online payment. It's separate from Donorly's pricing, and donors can choose to cover it.
Where is our data kept?+
On Google Cloud, with regular backups, and you can export your data whenever you like. Card details go straight to Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1, the strictest standard for protecting card data, and stay safe there.
Can we take our data with us?+
Yes. Your data is yours: you can export it from Donorly whenever you like.
Do our donors pay a pre-selected tip?+
No. Nothing is pre-selected at checkout. Donors can choose to cover the processing cost with a box that's never ticked for them. See are "free" CRMs really free?.
How long does it take to set up donation or contribution pages for our organization?+
Once you're on Donorly, a donation or contribution page takes minutes, and you can accept gifts as soon as Stripe has verified your account. Bringing over your existing data usually takes a few days, and during the beta our team does it for you at no cost.
We're run by volunteers. Is it worth it?+
That's exactly when it is: volunteer hours are the scarcest thing you have. Put your hours in the estimation tool and decide for yourself.
